Stress. We all experience it. Stress can be caused from so many factors, it is hard to shut it out.
Through the New Age Movement individuals seek to heal from this stress through various avenues, such as meditation. When researching the different ways to meditate and become a pro at meditating, I came across a video that explained a class that can help one improve their meditation skills. This video refers to it as “personal conditioning.”
Better yet, I thought-“How does one REALLY meditate?” Well, thanks to the internet and this video, I found that it takes will power and confidence that you will shut out the world during your meditation time.
